What is a Privacy Trust?

Quite simply, the Vondrak Realty Privacy Trust is a confidential arrangement whereby a nominated fiduciary is publicly seen as the title holder to your real property investments.

Any time a property is purchased a deed is a recorded and made part of the public record. This public deed names the buyer and seller. If that same property is purchased using a loan, a Deed of Trust/Mortgage which reveals the name of the borrower and the amount borrowed is recorded and made publicly available. With a Vondrak Realty Privacy Trust this abuse of privacy can be avoided.
