The primary goal of our plan is to keep minor children out of an overburdened foster care system and state level child protective services.
With the input from law enforcement officials and medical professionals, we have created and assembled the most comprehensive set of documents available in the legal market for the protection of minors. Our hard working first responders want young children in the proper hands in the event of a tragedy or an emergency. The Vondrak Law Child Protection Plan gives those first responders the legal justification they require to allow your designated friends and family members to take action.
Our Child Protection Plan includes all of the following:
1. Nomination of Guardian (in the event of parental death or incapacity);
2. Explanatory Legal Letter to your Nominated Guardians;
3. Confidential Exclusion of Guardian (to privately prevent any known person from assuming the guardian role against your wishes);
4. Power of Attorney for the Care of your Minor Children;
5. Designation of Health Care Agent for your Minor Children;
6. Appointment of Temporary Guardians (to serve until your permanent guardians arrive);
7. Explanatory Legal Letter to your Appointed Temporary Guardians;
8. Instructions to Caregivers on How to Contact Temporary and Permanent Guardians; and,
9. Template and fillable form for you to compose long term detailed instructions to your Permanent Guardians on how you would like your children to be raised in your absence.
Vondrak Law maintains a 24-hour text or call hotline which will be provided to your designated guardians and agents so they can contact us immediately in response to any emergency situation.
